Custom Dog Harness
A basic dog harness made of pre finished leather starts about $120
The fully tooled, hand stitched, front padded, and hand dyed example in the photo would be about $550.
Materials included:
- Exterior: Veg Tan, 2-5oz Cow hide, depending on the project
- Other materials available for exterior: Vary by project and intended use
- Lining with leather, with or without padding, is recommended
The amount of detail required for the tooling and custom dying of a project varies by design. Quotes are based on a combination of the cost of materials, plus the time needed to complete the artwork.

What a SUPER FUN PROJECT!!
This client! This dog! Oh my!!
I was contacted by a gentleman in the UK, who had photos of a ....possibly recognizable... costume, and he wanted to commission a custom harness for his Cane Corso in this style.
Always game for a fun challenge, I immediately put together some sketches for his review. We talked through the details, and I talked him through the measuring process.
Halfway around the world! We were able to work together to create -exactly- what he was looking for, and it was a -perfect- fit!
Despite the headaches that come with it....technology is really an amazing asset :)
